Niagara Parks Butterfly Conservatory

The whole family will love this magical attraction where over 2,000 colorful tropical butterflies float freely among lush, tropical plants and blossoms. Exciting paths wind you through the simulated rain forest setting, past a stocked koi pond and waterfall and the special Emergence window, where butterflies leave their pupae and prepare to take their first flight!

There are self-guided walking tours of the Butterfly Conservatory available,  beginning with a short, informative video presentation that is also close captioned for the hearing impaired.

Sitting within the beautifully manicured Niagara Parks, the Butterfly Conservatory is just ten minutes north of the Falls at 405 Niagara Parkway and is open year-round. A restaurant and gift shop are on site as well.

The fully accessible Conservatory was named winner of the 2007 & 2008 AccessibleNiagara.com “Breaking the Barrier” Award.

Explore the Roar – Maid of the Mist Boat Tour

The world-famous Maid of the Mist boat tours bring you right to the base of the American Falls, then to the basin of the commanding Horseshoe Falls. You will experience giant rocks and millions of gallons of water crashing like thunder nearby. Your adventure awaits from May – October departing from the foot of Clifton Hill. SLOTS at Fort Erie Race Track

Know for it’s live thoroughbred racing from May to November, the famous Fort Erie Race Track now brings you excitement year-round with 1,200 of your favorite slot machines. Just minutes from the Peace Bridge, the facility also have three fully licensed restaurants, free parking and valet service. Open Monday – Thursday 9AM – 3AM, 24 hours Weekends.
